How do I create an account?

Download Metropoly from the App Store, tap "Sign Up," and choose your role (landlord, tenant, or contractor). Fill in your details and you're ready to go.

How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Tenants can pay rent with saved cards. Landlords and contractors receive payouts through Stripe Connect. We never store your full card details on our servers.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Go to your rental page, tap "Maintenance," and describe the issue. Your landlord will be notified and can assign a contractor to handle the repair. You can track the status of your request in the app.

How do I list a property?

Landlords can list properties from the Properties tab. Tap the add button, fill in your property details, upload photos, set your price and amenities, and publish your listing.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@metropolyllc.com. We will process your request and remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

I'm a contractor. How do I get started?

Sign up as a contractor, set up your Stripe Connect account to receive payments, and create your service listings. Landlords in your area will be able to find and hire you for maintenance and repair work.
